Purposes of Data Processing
NEDCON MARITIME is a Romanian company with registered office 9 Puskin street, Constanta, Romania, registered for personal data processing at A.N.S.P.D.C.P with no. 4800.
By checking the box below / online application / signing the application form / sending your CV you authorize Nedcon Maritime to collect, store and process your personal data for the following purposes:
Recruitment and selection of candidates for employment abroad in the following sectors: Maritime, Shipyard, Riding Teams, Hospitality, Oil & Gas and Industrial personnel.
Personal data collected will also be processed by us in order to provide you information about contract offers available.
Your personal information is not used for other purposes, unless we obtain your permission, or unless otherwise required or permitted by law or professional standards.
Information We Collect
We collect and process the information you give us through various ways: through our website and social media channels, through phone and fax, through on line and in person job applications, in connection with our interactions with clients.
The term “personal data” refers to identifiable personal information about applicants / candidates, such as: full name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, home address, nationality, personal identification number, passport number, the seaman’s license, the certificate of competences, the licenses, the courses, the certificates of qualification, the maritime service, the previous work experience, the letter of recommendation and other documents.
When you register, we ask you to sign in with your e-mail address and a password which will be private and used only to access your account to submit, update and even erase your application form if you may wish to do so.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Nedcon Maritime of any unauthorized use of your password or account and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Nedcon Maritime cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Personal data that you voluntarily provide by: sending your CV, filling in the form of enrollment either online or by paper format or by any other means will be stored and processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, which introduces a unique set of rules on the protection of personal data, and which will replace, starting with 25 May 2018, the provisions of Directive 95/46/EC and the Law no.677 / 2001.

We do not share, sell or distribute your Personal Data with unrelated third parties, except under these limited circumstances:
Personal Data will be transferred to third parties who act as Employers or Contractors for further processing in accordance with the purposes for which the data was originally collected.
